The Yale MTC Series Man-Up Turret Trucks are battery-electric trucks designed for very narrow aisle warehousing, high-level pallet storage and order handling.
The range includes MTC10, MTC13 and MTC15 configurations, with rated capacities from 1,000 kg to 1,500 kg. With an elevated operator cabin, rotating turret head, AC power technology and configurable mast options, the MTC Series is designed to support productive material handling in high-density warehouse layouts.
The Yale MTC Series is designed for warehouses where available floor space and storage height are important operational considerations. Its man-up design raises the operator with the load-handling equipment, supporting high-level pallet handling and order-picking tasks.
Tri-form and quad-form mast designs provide torsional rigidity for elevated operation. The turret head rotates 180°, allowing the operator to handle loads on both sides of a narrow aisle without needing to turn the entire truck around for each pallet movement.
The MTC Series provides an adjustable control console and infinitely variable armrests to help operators achieve a suitable working position. Seat-side joystick controls support the operation of travel, cabin lift and lowering, auxiliary functions, and fork lift, lowering and rotation.
A high backrest and recessed swivel seat that flips up support seated or standing operation. The pedal-free floor incorporates a non-slip mat, helping maintain a clear operator area.
AC power technology supports travel performance, acceleration, power lowering and responsive changes in direction. The Smart-Glide™ continuous height-sensing system adjusts travel speed and acceleration according to fork height, helping coordinate truck movement with elevated load handling.
The MTC Series is designed with service accessibility in mind. A one-piece hood with rear gas-assist lifting cylinders provides access to motors and controllers. Brushless AC motors reduce maintenance associated with brushes, while pressure-side filter indicators, electric steering and fewer electrical connections support extended service intervals of up to 1,000 hours.
The top battery access lid also supports battery maintenance without requiring the battery to be removed from the truck.

Applications
The Yale MTC Turret Man-up trucks is designed for material handling in high-density warehouse environments where narrow aisles and elevated storage are central to the operation in businesses in Saudi Arabia.
Typical applications include:
Choose the truck configuration according to rated load, required lift height, aisle layout, pallet dimensions, battery requirements and guidance system.
What is a man-up turret truck?
It is a turret truck in which the operator works from an elevated cabin while handling loads. The Yale MTC Series is designed for high-level material handling in very narrow aisles.
What is the load capacity of the Yale MTC Series?
MTC series models have rated capacities of 1,000 kg, 1,300 kg and 1,500 kg.
How high can the Yale MTC Series lift?
Lift heights ranging from 3,570 mm for the MTC13 to 11,640 mm for the MTC15 LWB. The height depends on the selected model and mast configuration.
Can the truck handle loads on both sides of an aisle?
Yes. A turret head that rotates 180°, allowing the forks to be positioned for handling loads on either side of a narrow aisle.
What is Smart-Glide™?
Smart-Glide™ is a continuous height-sensing system that adjusts travel speed and acceleration according to fork height.
What operator controls are available?
An adjustable control console, variable armrests and seat-side joystick controls for truck travel, cabin movement and fork operations.
Is cold-store operation available?
Yes. The options include cold-store operation down to −40°C and a cold-store cabin enclosure. Confirm the specific configuration required.
