Deep Well Submersible Pumps

Lubi produces cast iron and 100% stainless steel submersible pumps including noryl impeller pumps, are made out of premium quality of raw material to ensure that pump is energy efficient, reliable and has a very long life. All components are manufactured as per international standard. All pumps are equipped with a reliable non- return valve to reduce water hammer & friction losses.

Deep Well Submersible Motor

Lubi manufactures deep well submersible motor in ISO 9001 design with NEMA Standard. Submersible motor is available in Cast Iron, SS 304 & SS 316 construction and components of superior quality that they ensure good mechanical strength and excellent electrical reliability. Premium motors are the choice for dependable, maintenance-free operation and provide a long life for your submersible pump operation. Lubi Offers Submersible motor from 3” to 4” oil filled and from 3” to 10” water filled up to 250 HP.

End Suction Open Impeller Pumps

The Lubi LBI series are non-self priming, horizontal, single-stage, centrifugal, end-suction pumps. Pumps are available from 3 to 5 HP in single-phase and from 2 to 15 HP in three-phase power supply. Motor and pump are close coupled in a convenient and compact design for quick installation in limited space.

 

Bare Shaft End Suction Pumps

LBS Bare shaft pump ideally designed for clear water circulation. The back pull out design enables the user to easily maintain the pump without distribution the pipe line. Single stage bare shaft pumps are in according to ISO 2858 & DIN 24255. Standard flanges are PN 16 as per DIN standard EN 1092-2 and PN 25 as per DIN standard EN 1092-2. ANSI 125 and ANSI 250 as per ASME B16.1 are available on request. Material of Construction of Bare Shaft Pump is available in Cast Iron, Bronze & Stainless Steel.

Monoblock End Suction Pumps

LES are single-stage End-suction pump according to ISO 2858. The range also includes several models of pumps which have been developed with duty condition. The volute casing of End suction pump is designed to be robust in construction to take the undue stresses offered by the pipe work. They have an axial suction port and radial discharge port. Standard flanges are PN 16 as per DIN standard EN 1092-2 and PN 25 as per DIN standard EN 1092-2. ANSI 125 and ANSI 250 as per ASME B16.1 are available on request.

Horizontal Split Casing Pumps

Lubi brand Horizontal split case pump useful for high flow water pumping. Horizontal split case pump ideally suitable for industrial community water pumping, lift irrigation, Fire fighter and water distribution. The pumps are non self priming horizontal split case pumps with radial suction port and radial discharge port. The double suction design helps pump to balance the forces on impeller and split case design offer fast maintenance & lower down time. The pumps have horizontal pump shaft and the volute casing can be dismantled in the horizontal plane along the drive shaft. Horizontal split case pumps are available in two main designs. 1) Single stage 2) Two stage.
